Congratulations to Brian and Nanci on the purchase of their new home in Marietta!  We found their home the first time we ever went out.  They fell in love the minute they walked in and nothing else ever compared!  Nanci was gracious enough to share some of her experiences with me.  This is what she says, We could not have done this without you…You were absolutely fabulous and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  We could not be happier with our new home and we owe it all to you! Thank you for having patience with us.  As first-time homebuyers this process could have been extremely overwhelming and scary, but you helped to guide us and we were amazed at how smoothly everything came together.  We appreciate everything you did for us.  Please keep in touch…I would be really sad if I thought we were never going to see each other again…Outside of real estate that is, because YOU ARE OUR REALTOR FOR LIFE…DEFINITELY!!!”

DeKalb County Mandates Water Conservation

Monday, March 3rd, 2008

If you are a DeKalb County resident, get ready!  DeKalb County will no longer hook up water service in homes built prior to 1993 unless they can submit proof that the home’s toilets have been replaced with low-flow toilets, faucets, and other fixtures.  So… if you are one of the 165,000 homes in DeKalb County that was built before 1993, this legislation could affect you.  And, if all of these toilets and fixtures were replaced, DeKalb estimates that we could save up to 6 million gallons of water per day.   What do you think?   Click here for full article from AJC.
