Thursday, November 1st, 2007The Wall Street Journal posted an article entitled “Home Prices Continue to Fall” published in the October 31st edition. While the article stated a 4.4% decline in August for 20 metro areas, Atlanta wasn’t one of them! Check out this graph and it will make you feel better about Atlanta’s market despite the national news.
