Study Finds Most Online Home Seekers Searching Through Incomplete and Inaccurate Listings
We are often asked, what is the best search engine for looking up active listings on the market. Well, the wonder of the internet have given the consumer some great tools. Trulia and Zillow come to mind as the most recent useful search engines. However, a new study commissioned by Roost.com has come out confirming that these third party sites are still not completely accurate. In fact, you could say they are far from accurate. The most accurate way to determine what’s on the market is to call a Realtor. Professional real etate people still have the best tools at their disposal such as the GA MLS and FMLS.
